We suffered through a nightmare with our first apartment. It was damp, with mold on the walls and a foul sewer smell in the bathroom. The room was dirty upon arrival, and I had to complain multiple times before getting a cleaner unit. Adding to the misery, the noise levels early in the mornings were unbearable, with staff using leaf blowers and pressure jets for cleaning! The restaurant also left a lot to be desired, with poor cleanliness and food that often tasted completely bland.

We recently spent 8 nights at the Torre Blanca, and I have to say, it offered great value. The all-inclusive drinks surprised me, especially the lager, which tasted excellent. The food was generally good, with a nice variety during each meal. The beach was about a 15-minute stroll away, or we could hop on the free mini bus that ran regularly. My son had a fantastic time serving himself ice cream, slushes, and drinks throughout the day. The entertainment team was enthusiastic and kept the kids engaged, although some nighttime shows might not appeal to adults. One downside was the cleanliness of our room. the initial staff was amazing, but the second cleaner didn’t match that standard. Smoking in common areas during evening activities was another concern. I felt the animations were well-organized and the pool area was great for families, but the location was a bit too far to walk to the beach in the summer heat, especially with the kids. a decent stay but some aspects definitely need attention.

Had a fantastic time! The kids loved the mini club and pool activities, and the food was varied and delicious. Only downside was the noisy entertainment, which didn't match the serene photos.

A family-friendly getaway

The staff were genuinely cheerful, always eager to assist and enhance our experience. The kids loved the various activities organized by the entertainment team, especially the mini golf which became a family favorite.

The lack of self-catering utensils in the apartment was inconvenient. We had to improvise with some makeshift solutions, which detracted from our holiday comfort a little.

Had a blast with my friends! The outdoor swimming pools and activities like cycling made our stay fun. The entertainment team worked hard to keep everyone engaged, and we loved every second at the playground and mini-golf. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

The only downside was that the pool water was a bit chilly at the start of our stay, but we got used to it quickly. Just a heads up !

It was just a perfect match for a weekend trip in Sa Coma with good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything. Be aware that the beach might be a bit far on a hot day, so plan accordingly.

Great family spot!

Our stay was fab! The staff were super helpful, especially when the night manager brought us snacks after a late flight. The kids loved the self-service ice cream by the pool, and the room was really comfy. Just a note, the beach is a bit far to walk in the heat. a lovely place for families.
